Job Description
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of brand guidelines and local nuances to ensure accurate evaluation of designs.
- Audit transcreated assets regularly.
- Filtering content to ensure transcreation output aligns with brand and toolbox guidelines.
- Continuously increasing the quality of output materials including digital banners, press materials, brochures, videos, newsletters, and more.
- Verifying the compliance of materials with the client's guidelines, brief, visual identification materials of the client.
- Ensure that designs maintain a consistent visual identity and align with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with client service and production departments to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
- Utilize project management systems to organize and track design deliverables effectively.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in design (social media, websites, e-commerce, print and digital materials) documented in the portfolio.
- Proficient in Adobe software (Photoshop, Illustrator, inDesign) and Figma. Knowledge of other design programs will be considered an asset.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience in photo manipulation and/or illustrations.
- Ability to work with a brand book and effectively apply brand guidelines.
- Good to excellent command of the English language in both speaking and writing.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage in discussions with clients and establish effective communication.
- Keen eye for detail and the ability to identify inconsistencies in design elements.
- Highly accurate and conscientious in your work approach.
- Self-motivated, quick learner, and possess a can-do spirit.
