Overview

 

  • Coordinate content production (writing, editing, translating or transcreating) and proofreading across various content types and assets.
  • Ensure consistency and quality of prepared content.
  • Cooperate closely with internal and external translators & proofreaders, project managers, different departments, and clients.
  • Use project management tools to manage language projects, plan and distribute work among freelancers.
  • Participate in client calls.
  • Onboard new freelancers when needed.
  • Provide feedback to the freelancers when necessary.
  • Support other coordinators if needed.


Responsibilities

 

  • Demonstrable C1 level of English and proficiency in either Spanish, German, French, or Italian.
  • Experience working in a translation agency and/or experience in translation coordination or project management.
  • Previous experience working with pharma clients is a plus.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects at the same time and work under tight deadlines.
  • Proficient with MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word most of all).
  • Familiarity with CAT tools.
  • Attention to detail, patience.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Great communication skills when working with a remote team.
  • Ability to work independently as well as a part of interdisciplinary and international team.
  • Willingness to learn and the ability to quickly acquire new skills.
