- Coordinate and oversee content production, including writing, editing, translating, or transcreating, and proofreading across various content types and assets,
- Independently execute both standard and non-standard projects, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving abilities,
- Ensure a high level of consistency and quality in all prepared content,
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices, standards and ways of working for content production and coordination,
- Closely collaborate with internal and external translators, proofreaders, project managers, different departments and clients,
- Utilize project management tools to efficiently manage language projects and distribute work among freelancers,
- Actively participate in client calls and strategy meetings,
- Mentor and onboard new team members and freelancers, ensuring a smooth integration into projects,
- Provide constructive feedback to freelancers and junior team members,
- Support and guide less-experienced coordinators as needed.
- Demonstrable C1 level of English proficiency.
- Extensive experience working in a translation agency or in translation coordination or project management (min. 3-5 years),
- Previous experience working with pharma clients is an advantage,
- Strong familiarity with CAT tools,
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously and excel under tight deadlines,
- Superior organizational skills and the ability to implement efficient processes,
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Word,
- Attention to detail and patience,

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills when working with a remote team,
- Ability to work independently, executing both routine and out-of-the-ordinary projects with minimal guidance,
- Willingness to learn and the ability to quickly acquire new skills.
