- Works in an international environment for global client.
- Advising a team of DTP Designers responsible for working on a specific brand & market demands.
- Checking the quality of their work.
- Developing their skills, supervising projects.
- Design print materials for various platforms and formats.
- Assures the quality and visual consistency of the projects.
- Design and layout of various design and print materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, newsletters, advertisements, roll-ups, and other marketing collaterals.
- Work on adaptations, locations according to the master materials.
- Develop adaptation concepts of projects based on the received brief
- Develop localization of projects based on adaptation/ benchmark from the received brief
- Ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
- Prepare final files for print production.
- Collaborate with other team members to understand design and print requirements and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with dtp trends, software updates, and industry best practices.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Min. 5+ years experience as a DTP Designer or in a similar role.
- Showcasing a portfolio of relevant design.
- Showcasing a print portfolio required.
- Good knowledge Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat) knowledge of other programs will be an asset.
- Proficiency at working with Adobe Acrobat Pro (dealing with PDF).
- Nice to have a knowledge of Jira, Workfront, Miro.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, photo manipulation and composition principles.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Knowledge of print production processes and ability to set up files for print.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey design concepts and collaborate with team members and clients.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and client feedback.
- Good command of English in writing and speaking.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Nice to have - experience in leading team.
- Experience working on pharmaceutical projects welcome
