Overview
We are looking for a eCommerce Content Strategy Lead, with 3+ years of experience in creating or managing content for eCommerce and Digital channels, preferably in Digital and eCommerce agencies.
As eCommerce Content Strategy Lead, you’ll be leading a team of Content Strategists on delivering best-in-class content recommendations that answer to clients’ briefs across digital platforms – with focus on eCommerce and Social Media presence for always-on and campaigns content.
You will also work hands-on on creating frameworks and content guidelines that will frame the work of the team on subsequent projects.
Your team will be creating written and visual content recommendations for eCommerce platforms - product cards, brandstores, landing pages, educational content, and more types of content part of eRetailers; and for other digital platforms – iMedia banners, social media posts, stories/reels, articles, etc.
Responsibilities
What will you do at Publicis Production EMEA hub?
Lead a team of Content Strategists on delivering content recommendations for the eCommerce platforms - product cards, landing pages, educational content, and other types of content part of eRetailers; and for other digital platforms – iMedia banners, social media posts, stories/reels, articles, etc.
Manage team career development with the support of Head of Strategy
Traffic resources and organize multiple projects across the team
Ensure content recommendations crafted by the team are in line with our content excellence practices
Create and own Content Guidelines & Toolkits for Global brands that will frame the work of the team on subsequent projects
Support Head of Strategy & Strategy Leads on shaping and driving Content Strategy frameworks during pitches/tenders
Define internal processes & scopes, ensure they are running smoothly, and co-creating a roadmap for the ongoing development of processes and internal tools
Qualifications
To enjoy and succeed in this role, we believe you must:
Have 3+ of experience in creating or managing content for eCommerce and Digital channels, preferably in Digital and eCommerce agencies (MUST-HAVE)
Have experience managing team members – both day to day work and career development
Have great organizational skills and proven ability to handle multiple projects at the same time and organize/prioritize the work of a team
Think content strategy with the big-picture of each client in mind
Pay attention to details and ensure content recommendations are in line with content excellence practices
Know how to craft data-based content strategies and how data can feed different content strategy needs
Understand digital shelf optimization and how to optimize content
Be a master storyteller, keen to share your knowledge with your colleagues, clients, and external audiences
Be a team player, excited to cooperate and learn with your colleagues
Have experience on testing content across platforms using both AI-based tools and other available tools (nice to have)
