Junior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Working in an international environment and with global Clients

• Overseeing projects and resources related to digital and print assets

• Monitoring all stages of project delivery

• Cooperation with the internal departments involved in production process

• Briefing appropriate teams and verifying the correctness of task performance

• Running projects using dedicated project management tools (JIRA, Teams)

• Project tracking based on customized dashboards

Qualifications

• Experience in the campaign content production industry or in a similar position

• Practical knowledge of technical requirements and limitations is nice to have

• Project management agile methodologies knowledge

• Experience in working with tools that improve cooperation between teams, such as Jira, Teams, Sharepoint

• Ability to organize work and build good relationships and efficient communication with business owners of the project

• Very good English language

• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel

• Pro-activeness and solution-oriented approach in day-to-day work
