About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Proactively generate qualified leads and schedule meetings through various channels.
✔️ Sales pipeline management in CRM and prospects segmentation.
✔️ Keeping our leadgen funnel busy.
✔️ Nurturing pre-sales relationships by providing relevant information and resources to keep the engagement through the entire customer journey.
✔️ Discovering new ways to improve customer outreach strategies.
✔️ Preparing HubSpot dashboards, and data presentations for management and other teams.
✔️ Cooperation with marketing and performance marketing, content design, Project Manger/ Delivery department as part of conducted campaigns.
✔️ Participation in trips to conferences, international events (Europe, Middle East).
Key Qualifications:
✔️ Proven experience (min. 2 years) in identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and effectively managing the sales funnel.
✔️ Ability to work within the Account based Marketing framework.
✔️ Excellent language skills, English (minimum C1 level).
✔️ Strong attention to detail and the ability to analyze campaign performance, draw actionable insights, and maintain accurate records in CRM systems - HubSpot.
✔️ Experience using lead generation toolset, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Expandi and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
✔️ Ability to effectively leverage ChatGPT, Perplexity or other Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance sales activities.
✔️ Results-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset to effectively build and manage your own sales pipeline.
✔️ Knowledge of the emerging trends and digital industries: foodtech, fintech, accounting, construction and others.
✔️ Strategic thinking, data-driven approach ownership and strong self-starter.
