We are excited to announce the opening of our new office in Warsaw and are on the lookout for a highly skilled Business Development Manager - IT Recruitment Solutions to join our team! If you are passionate about IT outsourcing services, have a proven sales track record, and the ability to manage complex projects and deliver IT specialists or teams to a range of clients, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and drive business development strategies in the IT outsourcing sector.
· Identify and engage new business opportunities with clients ranging from SMEs to multinational enterprises.
· Manage and close complex sales cycles, delivering IT specialists or full project teams.
· Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and decision-makers.
· Stay updated on market trends to deliver cutting-edge solutions to clients.
· Responsibility for end to end process from lead generation to signing the contract
· In partnership with the Resourcing team, identify and qualify suitable candidates prior to submission
· Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales and KPI targets
What We’re Looking For:
· Proven sales experience in IT outsourcing or technology services.
· Strong understanding of the Polish IT market and the wider European landscape.
· Ability to discuss and deliver complex IT projects to a variety of business sizes.
· Successful track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
· Ability to manage multiple client engagements and build deep business relationships.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Polish and English.
