Sales Consultant

What you’ll do

• Drive business growth by acquiring new clients across Poland and the CEE region.

• Use your creativity and persistence to generate leads, cold call and open doors to new opportunities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers in IT

• Understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions for outsourcing and contracting projects.

• Negotiate commercial terms and manage the full sales cycle - from prospecting to closing.

• Collaborate closely with our Delivery Team to ensure successful project execution.

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in sales or business development (IT/SAP outsourcing experience is a plus but not required - we’ll teach you!)

• ·Strong track record of winning new business through cold calling and creative outreach

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills - in Polish and English

• Commercial mindset and ability to manage complex projects

• A proactive, ambitious team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
