Opis stanowiska

We are seeking a Customer Analytics Coordinator with a strong customer service background and an understanding of digital analytics. This role is integral to aligning our analytical efforts with our clients' needs and expectations.


Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding our web analytics services.
  • Collaborate with web analyst to interpret data sets, trends, and insights, and translate them into clear, understandable language for clients.
  • Develop and deliver presentations and reports that communicate analytical findings and recommendations in a compelling and client-friendly manner.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to clients, assisting them with data interpretation and resolving any inconsistencies between our data and theirs.
  • Work with clients to understand their business goals and challenges, and align analytics insights with their strategic objectives.
  • Coordinate and oversee the quality of analytical efforts and the data collection process to ensure accuracy.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including customer support, software engineers, and product development, to ensure that analytical services meet client needs.
  • Assist in preparing sales offers and proposals for clients when analytical services are part of the offering.
  • Participate in and present analytics outcomes at clients marketing meetings.
  • Coordinate the work of the analytics team.

 

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional experience, with a focus on client-facing roles (eg. Key Account Manager, Project Manager).
  • Good understanding of GA4 (Google Analytics 4) and GTM (Google Tag Manager), along with familiarity with Looker and analytics trends.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a role involving analytics.
  • Fluency in both Polish and English (min. C1 level).
  • Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
