Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team for a fixed-term position of approximately one year. If you are a highly organized communicator who thrives on building client relationships and streamlining internal processes, this role is for you.In this position, you will be at the heart of our client operations. Your mission is to bridge the gap between our clients' needs and our internal service capabilities, ensuring projects stay on track and our client-facing operations remain seamless and efficient.

Responsibilities:

• Close cooperation with our Product Support team, including work management, task prioritization, and ensuring smooth cross-team collaboration.

• Coordination of daily operations and client support, including regular syncs with selected clients and acting as their first point of contact.

• Supporting and independently leading initiatives and projects related to client operations, product improvements, and internal processes.

• Supporting the coordination of new product development initiatives.

• Ownership of client reporting and the client NPS process.

• Monitoring progress, work results and key aspects of the project in a measurable manner and reporting them across the teams and to clients.

Requirements:

• Availability to start work no later than February 2, 2026.

• At least 2 years of relevant experience, with at least 1 year working as a Project Manager.

• Proven experience in working directly with external clients, with the ability to lead meetings and manage relationships.

• Proficiency in MS Excel. Experience in analysis and data reporting is an advantage.

• Excellent communication skills - in English (used both for client communication and internal documentation/Jira) and in Polish (for team collaboration).

• Project and process management skills.

• Very good organizational skills.

• At least basic experience within IT or software development projects.
