SEO Specialist

We are seeking a proactive specialist to drive SEO strategy implementation across international projects. This role requires a hands-on professional capable of managing the full lifecycle of SEO execution - from technical optimization to content strategy.

What you will do:

• Collaborate with the Marketing team, Content publishing team, and Development team to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all content.

• Take over and continue the SEO strategy (on-site and off-site) for our key automotive clients’ projects and, secondarily, Reffine.com.

• Conduct ongoing technical analysis and optimization of our clients’ websites: monitoring, identifying errors, and implementing recommendations in cooperation with the development team.

• Follow the content strategy based on prepared topic clusters and competitor analysis (including for AI Overview). This role will also involve co-developing the strategy in the future.

• Manage and optimize SEO projects for international markets, focusing on the MENA region.

• Create and oversee the quality of content (using tools like Surfer).

• Maintain and optimize internal SEO processes (e.g., content ordering workflow, technical monitoring, and results reporting).

• Collaborate closely with the external agency during the transition period.

• Monitor key metrics (visibility, organic traffic, conversions) and regularly report on performance.

• Produce SEO-optimized content.

• Automate repetitive tasks.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of professional SEO specialist experience, demonstrating hands-on expertise across all core areas of SEO (technical, on-site/content and off-site).

• Excellent, hands-on knowledge of essential tools: Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs and/or Semrush, and Surfer.

• Proven experience in conducting comprehensive SEO audits (including deep technical analysis) and formulating clear, actionable recommendations for developers.

• Ability to perform keyword research, competitor analysis and SERP trend analysis to build effective content strategies.

• Independence, proactivity and excellent organizational skills (you will be co-developing and following new processes from scratch).

• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate SEO data into actionable business insights.

• Excellent command of Polish and English (min. B2/C1) – essential for international SEO market analysis, and internal collaboration.

Nice to have:

• Experience in the automotive industry will be a strong advantage.

• Knowledge of optimization for AI in search (AI Overview / SGE).

• Experience in planning and executing link-building (outreach) strategies.

• Strong capacity for multi-project management and familiarity with Agile methodologies.

• Knowledge of French or Arabic will be a huge asset.
