OTC Team Leader
We are currently looking for an experienced OTC Team Leader who will be responsible for managing end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes and leading a high-performing team within a fast-paced, international environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach and develop the OTC team (performance management, recruitment, goal setting)
Oversee and improve O2C processes including billing, cash collection, cash application and dispute management
Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders
Drive continuous process improvements and automation initiatives
Monitor operational performance, prepare KPI reports and present results to leadership
Ensure compliance with internal procedures, controls, SLAs and quality standards
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in OTC / Accounts Receivable, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
Strong understanding of OTC/AR processes
Excellent English skills
Experience working in a dynamic, international environment
Proficiency in ERP systems and reporting tools
