Our client is a global corporation offering a dynamic and innovative work environment within an international structure.
Due to an increased workload in the Accounts Payable team related to processing and reconciling outstanding invoices, our Client is looking to hire a professional on a fixed-term contract for 6 months.
AP Accountant with English | Remote
Responsibilities:
Enter and check supplier invoices and credit notes in the system
Process advance payments and invoices with or without purchase orders
Review and process employee travel expense reports
Update and maintain supplier information in the system
Contact suppliers to confirm balances, payments and account details
Check supplier accounts and support reconciliation of balances
Help improve internal procedures related to the purchase-to-pay process
Identify possible issues in the process and suggest improvements
Prepare simple reports and analyze basic financial data
Support other team members in daily accounting activities
Help with administrative tasks when needed
Perform other tasks related to the assigned accounting area
Complete additional duties assigned by the manager
Qualifications:
Good English skills (minimum B2 level)
At least 1-2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in Accounts Payable
Education in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field
Experience working with ERP systems
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Ability to work with data and pay attention to details
Good communication skills and ability to work with international teams
Team player with a positive attitude
Proactive mindset and willingness to improve processes
