Salary Grade/level/family/range: compensation levels, groups or pay ranges into which jobs of the same or similar worth are placed, including minimum and maximum pay bands. Overtime performance.

Position type and expected hours of work: full/part time, flexible timetable depending on the students needs. On a daily basis: Monday-Thursday 09.00-18.00 (one-hour lunch break), Fridays 09.00-14.00.

Role purpose: We’re seeking a motivated and creative Product Marketing Intern to join our team and support our day-to-day operations in product marketing. This role offers hands-on experience across various product marketing functions, including campaign execution, content creation, and go-to-market (GTM) support. As an intern, you’ll collaborate closely with the Product Marketing Manager and Technical Writer, contributing to impactful projects that shape our brand.



Key Responsibilities

Day-to-Day Support 20%

Assist the product team with daily tasks and projects, working closely with Product Marketing Managers to gain experience across multiple aspects of product and marketing.

Examples: Shadow the Product Marketing Manager, monitor the product marketing roadmap, update deadlines for tasks, and ensure no conflicting customer communications.


Communication Execution 15%

Help execute customer-communication projects, specifically managing in-product communications using tools such as Beamer, In-line Manual, or HubSpot.

Examples: Enter copy into Beamer for PMM review, manage Inline Manual content (e.g., banners, tooltips), and collect relevant topics for the product newsletter.



Content & Collateral Creation 15%

Support the development of marketing materials, including case studies, one-pagers, and presentation decks.

Examples: Based on briefs, prepare slides, create product landing pages, edit videos, and review lead-generation materials to ensure alignment with product updates.



Product Marketing Campaign Execution 15%

Assist in executing marketing campaigns across social, email, and in-product channels by preparing ready-to-send materials.

Examples: Create ad copy, prepare product landing pages and draft posts for in-product communication.



Stakeholder Management 10 %

Aid in managing relationships with stakeholders such as designers, freelancers, and videographers.

Examples: Send briefs to designers, collect feedback, and support the PMM in reviewing external team projects.



Content Quality Execution 10%

Participate in reviews and edits of marketing content, providing feedback to enhance quality and user experience.

Examples: Test and review user guides, provide feedback on UX content, and assist in creating educational materials.



Visual Documentation Development 5%

Support the creation of visuals like charts, screenshots, and videos for documentation.

Examples: Collect screenshots from Figma, record Loom videos, and set up client use cases to demonstrate new features.



Key Performance Indicators: 

Required education and experience

  • Current enrollment in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program or interested in taking courses formally
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with marketing tools (Beamer, HubSpot, Google Analytics) is a plus
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning
  • English at a native level, Polish would be a plus.

Preferred Education and experience

  • Graphic Design skills
  • –Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or Figma, with experience in creating simple brand visuals, social media graphics, and basic animations or videos is an added advantage.
  • Copywriting 

–Advertising & Branding: Able to write engaging copy for ads, branding, and digital marketing, and comfortable working with creative teams to come up with ideas that connect with the audience. 



Additional eligibility qualifications:

  • Degree in Marketing or Product Management: Currently studying subjects like Marketing Management, Product Development, and Marketing Communication is a plus.

Travel: None.

  • Examples: Configure Google Analytics events, monitor Beamer metrics, document high-performing content, and track customer satisfaction scores.

  • Product Positioning & Messaging: Understand the fundamentals of product positioning and messaging for effective product launches.
  • Training Support: Exposure to product training activities to deepen your understanding of customer-focused marketing.
