- Manage the entire sales process: from strategy to closing deals.
- Work with existing clients and attract new partners.
- Analyze the market and suggest new product ideas and monetization opportunities.
- Develop strategies for entering new markets.
- Continuously monitor metrics and improve efficiency, control the funnel, CRM, and scripts
- Experience in IT and/or Media.
- Strong team and project management skills: time management, goal setting, task prioritization, and organization.

Sales expertise with a strategic mindset for client acquisition and retention, understanding of the funnel, and KPI-driven results.
- Proficient in CRM management and reporting, with excellent communication skills (business correspondence, calls, meetings, and pitching).

English (B2+): for working with international markets.
- Polish language skills sufficient for written and verbal communication in work-related tasks.
- Useful contacts and industry connections in relevant sectors
