Restimo is a rapidly growing startup offering innovative solutions for the restaurant and q-commerce industry in Poland. Our solution integrates popular food delivery platforms, online ordering systems, courier services, and POS systems into one seamless tool, empowering businesses to grow and optimize their operations.


We're expanding beyond Poland, and we're looking for a Sales Manager ready to take the lead in building our sales funnel in a new market. This role comes with the exciting opportunity to grow into a Country Manager, establishing and leading Restimo’s operations in your region.


Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and engage potential customers, focusing on restaurants that align with Restimo's solution.
  • Leading from the front in closing deals, onboarding them and account management.
  • Systematically build and manage a pipeline of potential partnerships.
  • Creating a strong communications loop alongside our tech team, sharing valuable feedback from the market.
  • Make strategic business decisions by combining commercial acumen with data analysis.
  • Supporting the onboarding process and customer service.


What We are Looking For:

This role is perfect for someone excited about building something from the ground up and shaping our success in a new market. You will have the opportunity to build out and shape our entire sales and customer support structure and work directly with the founders on developing the business. You’ll need to be the person that can build great relationships with the owner, the chef and waiters. You’ll be required to develop our short and long-term sales strategy and roadmap. You must also be a team player and willing to chip in with tasks outside of the day-to-day.


Must-Have Skills and Experience:

✅ 2-5 years of experience in a sales role, including end-to-end contract negotiation.

✅ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

✅ Proactive, organised, and obsessed with detail and accuracy.

✅ High level of independence and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

✅ Proficiency in Google Workspace tools and CRM platforms.

✅ Strong data-driven decision-making skills.


Nice-to-Have Skills:

✨ Experience in startups or a high-growth environment.

✨ Background in the restaurant/HoReCa or FoodTech industry.

✨ Passion for food and familiarity with the local gastronomy scene.

✨ Existing network of decision-makers in the HoReCa sector.
