About the role
Our Talent Acquisition team plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of Revolut. Recruiters seek out top talent, match the right people to the right roles, and collaborate across the business to build high-performing, forward-thinking teams. With a sharp eye for potential, they help Revolut grow and scale with intention.
We're looking for a Recruiter who'll make sure candidates have a great experience during our hiring process. You'll use your expert communication skills to plan and execute first-class hiring strategies and bring the world’s top A-players to Revolut.
You'll innovate, drive, and deliver hiring solutions effectively and efficiently, seeking out opportunities and improvements across the recruitment lifecycle.

What you'll be doing
Recruiting exceptional talent to join Revolut's rapidly growing teams
Collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders to create the ideal candidate profile
Developing and refining interview processes that enhance our assessment quality and optimise candidate experience
Advising hiring teams with insight into the specialist talent market
Facilitating a pipeline of qualified candidates for future needs
Screening CVs and interviewing prospective candidates, promoting Revolut as an employer of choice
Driving the offer process and closing candidates
Delivering an outstanding end-to-end candidate experience
Acting as a subject-matter expert in your specialist market
Implementing modern sourcing/recruiting methods
What you'll need
2+ years of experience as a high-volume recruiter (seniority will be based on your experience)
A track record of delivering results in a dynamic, high-growth environment, meeting ambitious timelines and KPIs
A proven ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and hiring managers
Exceptional business acumen and adaptability to support cross-functional hiring
Excellent organisation and time-management skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities
Familiarity with ATS and recruitment analytics tools
A problem-solving mindset with sharp attention to detail
High ambition, self-motivation, and passion about our vision
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Fluency in English
Nice to have
Experience in a recruitment agency, hyper-growth startup, and/or fintech
Experience recruiting for sales roles
Fluency in other languages
Compensation range
Poland: PLN12,800 - PLN15,000 gross monthly*
Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
