About the role

Our Talent Acquisition team plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of Revolut. Recruiters seek out top talent, match the right people to the right roles, and collaborate across the business to build high-performing, forward-thinking teams. With a sharp eye for potential, they help Revolut grow and scale with intention.

We’re looking for a Graduate Recruitment Sourcer who’ll take our sourcing strategies to the next level. You'll use your expert communication skills to support the development of talent pipelines.

What you'll be doing

• Building and implementing sourcing strategies

• Supporting the development of talent pipelines and executing tactical research, referral generation, and sourcing campaigns

• Finding and engaging active and passive candidates through various channels, using alternative search techniques

• Working with recruiters and hiring managers to optimise sourcing efforts by leveraging data

• Managing and engaging talent pools through our ATS

• Implementing modern sourcing and recruiting methods

What you'll need

• Great organisational, multitasking, and time management skills

• Fluency in English (C1 level)

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Impeccable attention to detail

• Flexibility, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

Nice to have

• Fluency in other languages

Compensation range

• Poland: PLN7,200 - PLN11,000 gross monthly*

• Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
