About the role
Revolut's Talent team is pivotal to how we support our people and manage a seamless experience for them each day. From onboarding to line manager coaching and development, our goal is to create a partnership with our teams that’s people-centric and value-adding.
We're looking for a Junior Security Analyst to join our Global Security Operations Centre (GSOC) to help protect our people, offices, and data. You'll monitor real-time threats, respond to physical security incidents, and support global safety across 30+ countries. From unauthorised access to natural disasters, you'll play a key role in keeping Revolut safe.

What you'll be doing
Acting as a primary responder for physical security incidents, ensuring timely escalation and appropriate action during emergencies, including natural disasters and geological events
Creating accurate and timely incident reports and documentation for audits and investigations
Monitoring global events and threats to proactively inform risk mitigation strategies
Conducting real-time monitoring of global CCTV and access control systems
Ensuring operational compliance with ISO 27001 and related physical security standards
Participating in tabletop exercises and drills
Helping to improve emergency response playbooks
Supporting improvements to physical security systems and processes through data analysis and feedback
What you'll need
2+ years of experience in a GSOC or security monitoring role
A solid understanding of physical security technologies (CCTV, access control systems, OSINT)
Experience with incident response and crisis management, especially during high-pressure or emergency situations
Familiarity with ISO 27001 and physical security compliance standards
A calm, analytical mindset with excellent situational awareness and communication skills
Impeccable attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Fluency in English
Nice to have
Experience working in a high-growth tech or fintech environment
Exposure to mass notification platforms, risk/threat intelligence tools, or security automation platforms
An understanding of GDPR and data protection in relation to physical security
Fluency in other languages
