About the role
Revolut’s People team shapes how we support our people and ensure a seamless experience every day. From onboarding to coaching and development, they partner with teams across the business to create a people-first environment that enables growth and success.
We're looking for a People Partner to drive our HR advisory strategy in Poland. You’ll bring a balance of strategic insight and operational execution to shape policies and procedures while embedding culture across the team to enable continuous growth and learning.

What you'll be doing
Being a trusted strategic advisor for your stakeholders by providing expert advice, guidance, and coaching to managers in all aspects of HR
Proactively identifying people issues and trends within the business, and working together with stakeholders to formulate and implement solutions
Optimising day-to-day HR operations, keeping people-centricity in mind
Leading performance management discussions and disciplinary procedures within your accounts
Contributing to the development of world-class HR policies and procedures
What you'll need
Experience in a hyper-growth company
Relevant qualifications
Logical and analytical thinking
Great project management skills
Impeccable communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Flexibility and adaptability
A data and process-driven approach towards HR
A results-driven, numbers-oriented working style
Extensive knowledge of local labour laws
Demonstrable experience in reviewing and developing policies and procedures
Fluency in English and Polish
Nice to have
Solid storytelling and influencing skills
Compensation range
Poland: PLN14,300 - PLN16,900 gross monthly*
Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
