We’re looking for a Recruiter to join our global Talent Programmes team to help us hire the brightest future engineers, analysts, and problem-solvers — before the world knows their names. From interns to new grads, you’ll be hiring the next wave of A-players from top universities around the world into tech, data, and product.

What you'll be doing
Supporting end-to-end recruitment for Talent Programmes globally
Coordinating university outreach campaigns and managing candidate pipelines
Contributing to the development of early talent hiring strategies and initiatives
Collaborating with Employer Branding managers on events, activations, and campaigns
Managing the candidate experience and ensuring smooth interview processes
Leveraging data to track performance and improve hiring outcomes
Partnering with cross-functional teams to execute Talent Programmes successfully
Building strong relationships with student organisations, career services, and partner universities
What you'll need
Experience in recruiting for graduate or intern roles, ideally within a multinational tech company, strategy consultancy, or financial services institution
Knowledge of campus hiring cycles and university engagement strategies
Strong organisational and communication skills
Proactive mindset with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using ATS and recruitment tools
A solutions-oriented approach and high attention to detail
Fluency in English
Nice to have
Familiarity with employer branding and student marketing campaigns
Exposure to global or multi-regional recruitment processes
Data fluency with confidence using metrics to support decisions
