Supply Chain Manager

We are the masterfranchisee of Burger King and Popeyes in Czechia, Poland and Romania. Growth and development are part of our DNA - we opened 80 restaurants in 3 countries in just over to 2 years and we do not stop. We constantly create new roles tro cover our needs. That is why we are currently looking for Supply Chain Manager.

What will you do?

• Oversee activities aimed at optimising costs and increasing the efficiency of the company's supply chain processes,
• Plan, coordinate and control the effectiveness of the company's supply chain activities,
• Manage relationships with distributors and suppliers and develop long-term supply chain strategies,
• Support in monitoring data on current business operations,
• Development of forecasts for suppliers and distributors,
• Building and securing stock for the current and new restaurants,
• Collaborate with internal teams.

What you need to be sucsessful in the role:

• Minimum 5 years of supply chain experience,
• Expretise in working with QSR suppliers and distributors,
• Negotiation, analytical, and contract management skills,
• Familiarity with supply chain trends and procurement tools,
• Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally,
• Experience in managing a team and motivating employees,
• Excellent work organisation, ability to prioritise tasks and work under time pressure.
