Business Development Manager Loyalty & Personalization
We help enterprise companies turn customer data into measurable revenue growth by designing, delivering, and implementing Loyalty and Personalization solutions.
We focus on building end-to-end customer engagement systems that increase retention, frequency, and lifetime value - from concept to full implementation.
Your Role:
This is a senior role combining new business development with solution shaping.
Own the full sales cycle (from outreach to closing)
Lead C-level conversations around growth, retention, and customer value
Translate business needs into concrete, implementable solutions
Position and sell end-to-end Loyalty & Personalization implementations
Build pipeline across key industries (Retail, eCommerce, Financial Services)
Work closely with delivery teams to ensure alignment between sales and execution
Our Expectations
6–10+ years in B2B tech / consulting sales
Experience in CRM, Marketing Automation, Data platforms, or Loyalty
Proven track record in closing enterprise deals
Strong consultative and solution selling skills
Ability to operate effectively with both business and delivery stakeholders
Fluent English
