For our client in Lódź, we are looking for a Process Expert PTP who wants to use their process knowledge to support transitions and projects within SSC environment. This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys improving ways of working, contributing expertise during migrations, and developing further in project and transition management.

Working model: Hybrid

Your main tasks

• Use your Purchase to Pay process knowledge to support the transition of finance processes within the SSC

• Collaborate closely with global and local teams to ensure smooth process transfer and implementation

• Monitor progress, identify potential challenges, and support timely resolution

• Ensure clear and consistent communication between stakeholders during transitions

• Take part in continuous improvement and harmonization initiatives

• Contribute to process documentation and standardization efforts

• Actively develop your skills in project and transition management through hands-on participation

Your background

• Around 3–5 years of experience in an international SSC environment, ideally within Purchase to Pay process

• Strong understanding of finance processes and how they interact across functions

• Experience in transitions, process improvement, or project work would be a strong advantage

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills – able to connect people and support collaboration

• Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-changing environment

• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken is a must

• Motivation to grow further in project and transition management
