For our client, an international organization expanding its Finance Shared Services operations, we are looking for a Transition Project Manager who will take ownership of transition programs within the finance area. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys managing complex change, coordinating diverse stakeholders, and shaping best practices in a fast-paced, multinational setting.

Your main tasks will include:

• Managing the end-to-end transition of finance operations into the Shared Services Center - from planning and coordination through to stabilization.

• Acting as the key point of contact for local markets, project teams, and leadership during each stage of transition.

• Overseeing the execution of multiple workstreams, monitoring project milestones, and ensuring transparent reporting to senior management.

• Identifying risks and challenges early on, proposing practical solutions to keep projects on track.

• Ensuring the effective application of transition frameworks and consistent adoption of shared service standards.

• Leading post-transition initiatives focused on efficiency, simplification, and continuous improvement.

• Supporting process harmonization and lean projects to strengthen performance once new operations are fully established.

We are looking for:

• 3–5 years of experience in transition or project management roles within an international Shared Services environment.

• Hands-on experience in managing finance process migrations or business transitions across multiple locations.

• Strong project management and change management background, ideally supported by professional training or certification.

• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders at different organizational levels.

• Proven leadership capabilities, with a collaborative and motivational approach to team management.

• Fluency in English.

• Solid understanding of process improvement and operational excellence methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar).
