Key Responsibilities:

Administrative & Daily Operations Support:

Provide administrative and operational support to the European sales team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Assist with meeting arrangements, document organization, and routine communications to ensure efficient workflow.

Facilitate information flow and communication between headquarters (China) and local European teams to enable timely business responses.

 

Order Management & Support:

  • Assist sales representatives in processing customer orders, ensuring smooth order workflows, including tracking order status and timely delivery.

  • Support the sales team in managing customer data and contract documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all order-related documents.

  • Track customer requirements and assist sales staff in providing pre-sales and post-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction.

 

Sales Data Management & Reporting:

  • Collect, organize, and analyze sales data, generate regular sales reports, and monitor business metrics to provide insights for decision-making.

  • Maintain and update customer records to ensure accurate and current information for the team.

  • Assist in analyzing market trends and summarizing customer feedback to support sales strategies.

 

Project Coordination & Cross-Department Collaboration:

  • Support the sales team in tracking project progress, ensuring timely execution, and resolving any issues encountered.

  • Coordinate resources across departments to ensure smooth business operations and overcome obstacles in cross-departmental collaboration.

 

Customer Support & Communication:

  • Assist customers in resolving routine issues and provide timely responses to ensure effective support.

  • Support the sales team in customer communication, follow up on after-sales service, and enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Participate in organizing and coordinating customer meetings, trade shows, and events to foster long-term client relationships.

 

Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or related fields.

  • Work Experience:

  • 1–2 years of administrative or business support experience, familiar with order management and customer support processes.

  • Experience in multinational companies preferred; knowledge of the European market or relevant industry background is an advantage.

  • Skills:

  • Strong English communication skills, able to interact effectively with headquarters (China) and local European teams.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and other office software.

  • Strong time management, coordination, and multitasking abilities; detail-oriented and capable of handling complex tasks.

 

Personal Attributes:

  • Positive work attitude with a strong sense of responsibility, able to maintain efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

  • Team player with excellent communication skills, capable of supporting the sales team and collaborating effectively.

  • Detail-oriented, able to accurately follow up on orders and resolve issues promptly.
