About Role

Reporting to the chief financial officer (CFO)

• Preparing financial and operational reports for companies in Poland and the Nordic countries
• Analyzing and interpreting subsidiary companies' financial results and explaining any deviations from expectations
• Developing cash flow forecasts for companies
• Conducting cost analyses and seeking ways to achieve optimization
• Preparing annual budgets and interim financial forecasts
• Supporting the accounting team finalize month-end closings
• Compiling data for external auditors and tax advisors
• Analyzing financial data for accuracy and quality
• Creating other reports and compilations

About You:

• Solid experience in finance, including a role as a financial controller
• University degree in finance/accounting/economics
• Exceptional numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in English at a min. B2 level
• Fluency in MS Excel
• Good communication skills, including the ability to work independently as well as with various teams
