Paid Social Team Leader

We are currently looking for:

Paid Social Team Leader

In this position you will deal with:

• developing a team (about 6 people)
• planning and implementing advertising campaigns in social media (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn);
• analysis and optimization of the campaign in terms of the assumed goals;
• customer service (reporting, discussing campaign results, recommending changes);
• searching for new solutions that exceed customer expectations;
• cooperation with other teams within Group One;
• introducing new employees with less experience to the tasks;

What is important for us?

• at least 5 years of experience in running Paid Social campaigns;
• at least 1-2 years of experience in management
• a good command of English; 
• analytical thinking and number-handling skills;
• independence and very good organization of working time;
• willingness to develop and search for new solutions.

About your team:

Paid Social department is probably the largest agency team in this part of Europe. We are perceived on the market as a leader in the field of sales advertising on Facebook. We were one of the first agencies to actively use advertising on Tik Tok.
