We respect your intelligence, so we’ll be straight with you. We’re a Polish company that has been acquiring global clients for years, thanks to the personal relationships of our founder.


Now, we want to build a structured sales process from scratch – and that’s where you come in.


What we don’t have (yet):


  • a structured sales process,
  • a commission and bonus model,
  • a CRM system,
  • a sales book,
  • sales funnels, etc.


Your job will be to build all of this.


What do we guarantee?


  • Your salary will grow alongside our developers’ salaries. If you’re successful, you’ll bring in projects that allow us to expand our teams, which will benefit everyone.
  • Full decision-making power – you’ll have a say in our tools, strategies, and approaches.
  • Direct collaboration with the founder, who understands our clients and how to talk to them.
  • No corporate bureaucracy.


What does success look like after 6-12 months?


  • [x] You’ve built the sales process and created the first version of our sales book.
  • [x] You’ve implemented a CRM that makes work easier.
  • [x] You’ve acquired the first clients, and your efforts have led to team expansion.
  • [x] Together, we’ve developed a bonus model that motivates and works in practice.


Your future with us


Building the sales process is just the beginning. You’ll be responsible for growing it, and as you succeed, you’ll naturally take on a leadership role. This is not a question of “if” but “when.” From day one, we assume that you’ll be the person scaling our client acquisition system.

Compensation


We don’t have a predefined commission model yet. We’ll develop it together with you. Initially, we offer a fixed salary plus additional compensation in the form of bonuses to secure new clients. The more projects you bring in, the higher your bonuses – and we’ll work out the details together.
