Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a talented and creative Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, creating visually appealing designs, and ensuring brand consistency across various channels. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing campaigns, drive brand awareness, and contribute to the overall success of our company.

Responsibilities:

• Support the team with taking photography and editing short videos.

• Create visually appealing & impactful designs for various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, presentations, infographics, social media posts, and website graphics.

• Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to achieve business objectives that align with brand identity and market needs.

• Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

• Develop engaging content and communication tools for marketing collateral, including social media captions and email campaigns.

• Conduct thorough proofreading and editing to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.

• Collaborate with the EMEA marketing team and internal teams to support product launches, campaigns, and events.

• Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, such as designers, printers, and vendors, to facilitate project execution.

• Support employer branding initiatives to make Satellite Industries in Poland an attractive workplace.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• Proven experience in marketing strategy development, graphic design, and content creation.

• Proficient in graphic Adobe Suite design software, such as Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.

• Hands-on experience with WordPress, Google Analytics, SEO, and paid media tools (Meta, Google Ads).

• Strong creativity and ability to conceptualize and execute visually appealing designs.

• Familiarity with digital marketing channels, tools, and analytics platforms.

• Highly organized, with a sharp focus on planning and project execution.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong sense of ownership and reliability in meeting deadlines.

• Fluency in English and Polish is a MUST, any other European language is a good to have.
