Opis stanowiska

SATIM is a fast-growing defense-tech company developing state-of-the-art AI software for object detection and classification on Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) imagery.

We work with defense primes, government agencies, and intelligence customers worldwide. To ensure the long-term success of our deployments and relationships, we are looking for an experienced and proactive Customer Success Manager to join our team in Kraków.

This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys working with complex technologies, managing key client relationships, and ensuring that mission-critical projects are delivered with excellence.


Your Responsibilities:

As a Customer Success Manager, you will serve as the bridge between SATIM and its strategic clients — particularly global defense organizations and integrators. Your responsibilities will include:

Project Management & Coordination

  • Lead post-sales onboarding and rollout of SATIM software with key clients

  • Coordinate internally with technical, product, and operations teams to meet delivery milestones

  • Track project timelines, deployment schedules, and contract deliverables

  • Ensure timely issue resolution and follow-through



Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client communications

  • Build strong working relationships with stakeholders on both the operational and technical sides

  • Collect feedback and translate client needs into actionable product insights

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term engagement

Support & Success Enablement

  • Monitor system usage, performance, and user adoption

  • Organize regular check-ins, support reviews, and roadmap updates

  • Identify and drive opportunities for product extensions, contract renewals, or follow-on sales

  • Contribute to refining our success processes, templates, and documentation


Requirements

We are looking for someone who brings both structure and adaptability to fast-moving, mission-driven projects:

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) — essential

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or project delivery (ideally with technical products or enterprise clients)

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to understand complex systems and explain technical concepts clearly

  • Organized, autonomous, and capable of managing multiple client relationships in parallel

  • Previous experience working with defense, space, geospatial, or AI-based software is a strong advantage

  • Familiarity with tools like Jira or CRM platforms is a plus
