Opis stanowiska

SAVICKI - the most fast-growing e-commerce in the jewelry industry in Poland. Our ability to perfectly blend craftsmanship and artistry sets us apart and makes our products absolutely unique. 

We take pride in offering an exquisite collection of jewelry to customers across the CEE market. As we continue to expand our presence and product awareness across Europe, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced International Sales Manager to lead our international business efforts and drive revenue growth.

 

Your primary responsibilities will include: 

  • Create and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for SAVICKI's online store in CEE market (PL, CZ, SK, RO, BG, HU, CR, UA) aligned with overall company objectives,
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement,
  • Set ambitious sales targets and objectives for the CEE region, monitoring performance and implementing corrective actions as necessary,
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of the competition,
  • Collaborate with other departments such as Marketing, Technology, and Production to ensure alignment between sales strategies and overall company objectives,
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities for market expansion within the CEE region, including potential partnerships, alliances, and new business development initiatives.

 

What we expect from you:

  • Proven experience in a senior sales management role, preferably within the e-commerce or related industry,
  • Strong understanding of the CEE market dynamics, proven experience in managing e-commerce sales processes in the CEE region.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth,
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performance sales teams,
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Fluent English - as a must have,
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
