YOUR ROLE

Join our North Europe Team and help shape decisions that grow the business forward 🌿

You will work with the Regional Business Performance Lead on ensuring that the Cluster Head as well as local Sales & Marketing teams have all the necessary data & insights to drive the business in accordance with set objectives, growth opportunities and the company’s ambitions.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

Sales & margin analysis

🌿Maintaining, enhancing and updating existing PowerBI dashboards as well as developing new ones.

🌿Managing the ETL process for sales and margin dashboards (PowerBI) and reports (Excel).

🌿Supporting the analysis of the Cluster’s performance by developing and updating reports (both Excel and PowerBI based) for the sales teams (income statement by customers, commercial terms, discounts, rebates) and marketing teams (performance of products category: pricing, margin, volume).

🌿Ensuring data accuracy and availability.

Forecast & budget

🌿Supporting the forecasting and budgeting processes by providing tools and relevant data to the local sales and marketing teams.

🌿Working closely with the Demand Planning team on providing analysis of the financial impacts of volume forecasts.

🌿Consolidating forecasts from 11 countries from gross sales to margin.

🌿Reconciling turnover calculations with sales forecasts.

Customer Data

🌿Gathering the stock and sell-out data from distributors and key customers in order to advise on forecast capabilities and phasing.

🌿Providing support to local teams focused on top customers performance & stock.

SKILLS AND PROFILE

Education, Experience & Technical Skills

🌿 Min. Bachelor degree in the fields of Finance, Data Science, Economics or related.

🌿 2-3 years experience working in an analytical or business controlling role.

🌿 English and Polish level enabling fluent communication in international environment.

🌿 Experience working with Business Intelligence tools (preferably PowerBI and/or PowerQuery)

🌿 Familiarity with Business Operating Systems such as Sage or SAP

🌿 Ability to work with a high level of accuracy with regard to costs, budgets, KPIs, and workflow.
