AR Billing & Collections Specialist:

Headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, we have employees located in our offices in the US, and Poland. Our two polish office is based in Kraków

Your role:

1. Billing on time
2. Collections - daily
3. Work daily with Customer Success (CS)
4. Revenue operations - Fresh Sales (CRM) upkeep daily
5. Revenue reporting and assist CS and Finance with revenue forecasting

Requirements:

1. Basic working knowledge of Google Sheets (or Excel)
2. Fluency in English
3. Strong organizational skills
4. Ability to work independently
5. Ability to accommodate US and India work hours (to be decided)
6. Ability to work in a hybrid mode - office in Krakow

Nice to have:

1. Quickbooks and Fresh Sales knowledge a plus
2. Experience in a similar position
