HR Delivery Intern (All Genders)

Your Key Responsibilities

• Being general support to the Recruitment Team (i.e., SAP SuccessFactors) delivered through remote channels (i.e., e-mail, ticketing system, MS Teams) according to agreed-upon procedures

• Maintaining general data in HR systems

• Serving as first point of contact for candidates and stakeholders

• Providing process and training support for colleagues

• Participating in transition or implementation projects

• Performing other ad hoc HR administrative tasks

Your Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a degree

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint)

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Workday) or willingness to become familiar with new tools

• Very good command of Polish, English, and German (minimum B2 level)

• Strong analytical and organizational skills

• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken

• Capability to work independently as well as part of a team

• Ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
