Order Handling Specialist (All Genders)

Your key responsibilities

• Providing clear explanations and effective solutions to customers ensuring maximum satisfaction

• Managing customer requests using Salesforce

• Verifying requests against production planning and coordinating deliveries with Transport Management

• Handling order changes via AB-Monitor within Schaeffler

• Identifying and reporting optimization opportunities in supply chain and logistics activities

• Creating and managing cases in Salesforce

• Responding promptly to customer inquiries and complaints while identifying root causes of logistics issues

Your qualifications

• Completed studies in German Philology or related field

• Minimum 2 years experience in customer service or demand management within an international company

• Fluent German (B2/C1) and very good English (min. B2)

• Knowledge of SAP R/3 SD Module, SAP APO, and Salesforce Service Cloud is a plus

• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

• Commitment to high quality and continuous improvement
