Then you have a great opportunity because we are looking for an E-Commerce Key Account leader to join our team.

 

Schneider Electric is seeking Ecommerce Key Account Leader to support launching new projects and transforming the current business towards sales in the digital channel.

EKAM's role is a multidimensional one that focuses on working with Partners, being the first point of contact for Amazon and key omnichannel customers and being responsible for the commercial part together with the sales team.

 

As a Channel eCommerce expert you will carry out 2 main areas of tasks: development of the Amazon project and collaboration and acquisition of omnichannel customer.

 

Location & commitments:

  • Full-time job
  • Open-ended contract after 3 months trial period
  • Hybrid job (Warsaw office in Konstruktorska street)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Co-design and implementation of strategy for Amazon in collaboration with Schneider Electric's Global ecommerce team and local departments e.g. logistics, accounting, finance.
  • Co-development and implementation of strategy for eCommerce distributors channel together with sales team
  • Implementation and maintenance of sales standards within the selected group of online shops in the direct and in-direct model (content, communication, sales plans, implementation of targets)
  • Analysis of sales and key KPIs based on available reports, tools and own initiative of growth hacking
  • Optimisation of digital campaigns in cooperation with marketing team, customer and agency
  • Independent management of selected projects in the field of e-commerce
  • Cooperation with International SE eCommerce team
  • Reporting of work results and support in the development of the competence of the sales department in the Electrotechnical Distribution channel
  • Responsibility for the creation and implementation of budget plans and commercial policy

 

Requirements:

  • Solid experience in driving channel strategy and selecting business priorities.
  • Knowledge of Polish and English (min. B2)
  • Ability to create aggregated reports and independent decision-making based on acquired data.
  • Baseline knowledge of SEO, SEM, web analytics at both a strategic and operational level e.g. operation of Google Analytics, Semrush. - will be an advantage
  • Very good ability to organise own work and lead projects in complex organisations.
  • Willingness to develop own competencies and ability to adapt to a rapidly changing position.
  • Experience in international organisations would be an advantage.

  • Fluency in English
