HR Services Intern Nordics (m/f/d)
Location: Warsaw
Scope: Nordics with primary focus on Norway
Duration: 6 months - 1 year contract
Model: Hybrid (2 times per week from the office in Warsaw)
For our HR Services Nordics team, we are looking for an HR Services Intern. In this position, you will play a vital role in supporting our employees and be a first point of contact for HR-related questions under guidance. Working with our local HR representatives, you will support Schneider Electric employees across the employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding—while contributing to process improvements and data quality.

Your Tasks
Front-line HR support (under supervision): Provide responsive, high-quality assistance to employees and managers on operational HR topics throughout the employee lifecycle.
Document preparation & Reporting: Assist in preparing and updating HR documentation, contribute to creating presentations and materials for HR initiatives and organizational projects, and support basic reporting needs to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Onboarding coordination: Help prepare onboarding packs, checklists, system access, and welcome communications; track completion and escalate issues as needed.
Employee data & HRIS upkeep: Maintain and verify employee data in our HR systems (e.g., HRIS/ESS) to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and correct access rights per policy and GDPR.
Payroll & workforce inputs: Compile and validate HR inputs for payroll cut-offs (e.g., changes, leaves, allowances) and assist within timelines.
Process improvement & SOPs: Contribute to process mapping, documentation, and optimization initiatives; identify simplification opportunities and support light automation projects.
Your Profile
Education: Currently studying or graduated in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Languages: Fluency in Norwegian (written and spoken) and English; and/or other Nordic languages.
Customer-minded & detail-oriented: You value service quality, confidentiality, and precise execution; you notice inconsistencies and proactively correct them.
Process & problem solver: Curious by nature—you question the status quo and suggest improvements; comfortable with structured SOPs and checklists.
Digital & data savvy: Confident working in modern HR tools and spreadsheets; you understand why data accuracy and access rights matter.
Team player: Strong communication skills; you collaborate well with HRBPs, managers, and peers across countries.
Ethics & discretion: You handle sensitive information responsibly and align to our compliance and GDPR standards.
