RTR Accountant

Job Description

Location & commitments: 

• Full-time job. 
• Warsaw (office at Konstruktorska street). 
• Hybrid model ( 2 days per week from office). 
• Hiring manager - Karol Nalewajk 

Your IMPACT: 

• Perform reliably and timely all processes agreed in the SLA with the supported units of the Schneider Electric group 
• Independently verify, describe and book financial documents in accordance with the guidelines contained in the procedures and manuals for the given unit 
• Independently agree and confirm balances with Suppliers and Customers, explain ambiguities and take necessary corrective actions 
• Prepare necessary reserves related to the process of liabilities and receivables 
• Archive documents correctly and systematically 
• Provide data and analysis for the needs of management, supported units and audits 
• Optionally participate in additional projects (transition, transformation, standardization) in the indicated Schneider Electric units 
• Prepare Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation 

Your Profile: 

•  Bachelor’s Degree (Finance/Accounting/Economy) 
• 2-4 years of demonstrated Finance and Accounting experience (experience in SSC or BPO organization will be an asset) 
• Knowledge of RtR process would be an asset 
• Good knowledge of English 
• Good MS Excel knowledge 
• ERP literacy is desirable (SAP, Oracle) 
• Strong interpersonal skills and proactive approach 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Customer focus and team-working skills
