Your IMPACT:
- Perform reliably and timely all processes agreed in the SLA with the supported units of the Schneider Electric group
- Independently verify, describe and book financial documents in accordance with the guidelines contained in the procedures and manuals for the given unit
- Independently agree and confirm balances with Suppliers and Customers, explain ambiguities and take necessary corrective actions
- Prepare necessary reserves related to the process of liabilities and receivables
- Archive documents correctly and systematically
- Provide data and analysis for the needs of management, supported units and audits
- Optionally participate in additional projects (transition, transformation, standardization) in the indicated Schneider Electric units
- Prepare Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Finance/Accounting/Economy)
- 2-4 years of demonstrated Finance and Accounting experience (experience in SSC or BPO organization will be an asset)
- Knowledge of RtR process would be an asset
- Good knowledge of English
- Good MS Excel knowledge
- ERP literacy is desirable (SAP, Oracle)
- Strong interpersonal skills and proactive approach
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Customer focus and team-working skills
