With roots in European craftsmanship and a global presence across the design and hospitality industries, we work at the intersection of design, architecture, and technology.

As we continue to expand internationally, we’re building a team of ambitious professionals who want to shape the future of luxury decorative lighting with us.

We’re hiring a KAM to grow project sales (€50k+) across Europe. You’ll combine consultative selling with end-to-end project handling for custom/bespoke orders — from specification to delivery (together with internal teams and partners).

Your day-to-day will combine consultative selling with end-to-end project handling for custom/bespoke orders — from specification to delivery. You’ll collaborate closely with architects,  designers, developers, and hospitality groups, bringing to life projects that redefine how spaces are experienced.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage key accounts across the A&D ecosystem: architecture & design studios, developers, hotel operators, and distributors.

  • Win specifications and projects: presentations, sample/showroom visits, and roadshows across Europe.

  • Prepare quotations for catalogue and bespoke pieces; align commercial terms and timelines

  • Coordinate custom orders with project/production teams (finishes, CRI/CCT, controls DALI/TRIAC, IP ratings, installation).

  • Own forecast, pipeline, and reporting in HubSpot (data hygiene, weekly updates, quarterly commit).

  • Represent SCHWUNG at major European fairs (e.g., Maison&Objet, Euroluce/Milan, Light + Building/Frankfurt) and selected partner events.

  • Deliver on KPIs: revenue, margin, won specs, 90/180-day pipeline, account retention.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in B2B project sales in premium interiors (lighting/furniture/fixtures/surfaces) —experience in the A&D/hospitality ecosystem is strongly preferred.

  • Comfortable with technical basics (reading drawings, CRI/CCT, controls like DALI/TRIAC, IP ratings) — we’ll support you with product training.

  • Proven relationship-building and negotiation skills; structured approach to pipeline and follow-ups.

  • Fluent English; any additional European language (German, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish, etc.) is a plus.

  • Willingness to travel in Europe ~20–40% (as needed).

  • Existing network in EU/UK A&D, hospitality or premium retail projects.

  • Experience with bespoke/custom and small-series premium production.

  • Track record of €50–250k+ project wins.
