Senior Product Analyst

All-in-one SEO and digital marketing platform SE Ranking is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in uncovering actionable insights from product data, driving data-informed decision-making, and improving the overall product experience. The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker with a passion for data, a strong technical background, and

expertise in product analytics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a product or data analyst, with at least 3 years focused on product analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Solid foundation in mathematical statistics and strong expertise in A/B testing, experimental design, and hypothesis validation.
• Proficient in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries for large and varied datasets. Skilled in using SQL for data cleaning, transformation, and analysis preparation.
• Advanced experience in Python for data manipulation, statistical analysis, and automation. Experience with tools like Jupyter Notebooks is a plus.
• Strong practical experience with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar, including creating custom visualizations for complex data insights.
• Familiarity with tools like Amplitude or similar platforms for tracking and analyzing product usage.
• At least an upper-intermediate level of English (written and spoken).
• Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers and other analysts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex product datasets to uncover trends, develop new metrics, and provide actionable insights that drive product improvements.
• Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests to evaluate product changes, validate hypotheses, and enhance user experience.
• Collaborate closely with product managers to guide the development of new features and solutions through data-driven recommendations.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses to answer business-critical questions and support fast-paced decision-making.
• Develop and maintain interactive, insightful dashboards using tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Automate analytics processes to streamline reporting and insights generation.
• Partner with the analytics team to refine and enhance the analytics stack for improved performance and scalability.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
