We’re looking for a Video & Visual Content Specialist to join our Selena Global Marketing Team—a creative professional who’s not just a task executor, but a true partner in the content creation process. If you’re someone who thrives on creativity, keeps a finger on the pulse of digital marketing trends, and takes ownership of their projects from idea to execution, we want to hear from you.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for crafting engaging, on-brand video and visual content that brings products and educational materials to life across our digital channels—including YouTube, websites, and social media platforms. Your work will directly impact how customers around the world experience our brand, supporting both organic and paid campaigns.


You will be responsible for:


- Developing compelling product videos that support and elevate our online sales presence.

- Close collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to ensure high production quality and brand consistency.

- Creating creative and engaging educational videos tailored to specific platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.), aligned with the broader content strategy and brand voice.

- Being current with platform-specific requirements and digital content trends to ensure maximum relevance and impact.

- Working with international teams to localize visual content for regional audiences.

- Adapting core assets into localized versions while maintaining consistent brand aesthetics and messaging.


Our requirements:


- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other Adobe Creative Suite tools.

- Solid understanding of video marketing best practices across digital platforms (YouTube, social media, websites, etc.).

- Demonstrated experience in video content creation for organic and paid channels (with portfolio)

- Experience with animation, motion graphics, or visual storytelling and basic graphic design capabilities (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator).

- A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility for business results.

- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high production standards.

- Basic copywriting or content editing skills to refine messaging and scripts.

- Advanced English (min. B2)


Nice-to-Have:


- Familiarity with localization workflows and multilingual content production.

- Ability to work cross-functionally with global teams and navigate diverse stakeholder needs.

- Experience in construction products industry


Work can be performed in a hybrid or fully remote model.
