Senior Transfer Specialist I

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Transfer Specialist I to join our team in Poland. As Senior Transfer Specialist I you will coordinate and monitor daily inter‑warehouse transport operations, ensure accurate execution of the transport plan and KPIs, and proactively address issues to maintain smooth and efficient logistics processes.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsibility for executing daily operational tasks in line with the approved transport plan.

• Coordination of ongoing inter-warehouse transfers based on the daily operational plan.

• Cooperation with warehouses and carriers to ensure smooth execution of transport operations.

• Monitoring transfer timeliness and responding to any deviations from the plan.

• Verification of data accuracy in the system and reporting discrepancies impacting plan execution.

• Responsibility for achieving and monitoring individual KPIs in line with departmental targets, and taking corrective actions in case of deviations.

• Identification of operational issues and proposing improvements within transfer processes.

• Ensuring proper information flow between all involved stakeholders.

• Performing additional operational tasks assigned by the line manager in accordance with departmental objectives.

Requirements:

• Willingness to work 6:00 a.m. - 4:45 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. - 4:45 a.m. shifts.

• Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to majors related to supply chain logistics;

• More than 2 years of work experience, with a preference for those who have experience in logistics scheduling;

• Familiar with applications of warehouse logistics systems such as WMS and TMS, and sensitive to data;

• Fluent in English, able to use it as a working language;

• Polish on B1 level and above.
