SMM Manager

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-years experience in SMM, preferably in highly competitive sectors with a strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns.
• Knowledge of the gambling/betting industry's unique aspects.
• Proven track record in organically growing high-competition niches.
• Excellent writing and communication skills, with a creative flair for crafting engaging content.
• Experience working with Tier 1.
• Experience working with influencers, opinion leaders.
• Experience in developing key social media channels.
• Traffic Guru!!! Deep knowledge and expertise in traffic acquisition and related processes!!! 
• Basic proficiency in Canva/ Figma or similar.
• Ambitiousness, creativity and desire to work only for powerful results.
• Optimist and proactive mindset.
• English: B1-B2 level or higher (Ua/Ru — native/fluent level).

Responsibilities:

• Strategize and oversee our brand pages on key social platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, X (previously Twitter), YouTube.com, Linkedin and others.
• Craft compelling promotional content, including posts and imagery.
• Identify and engage with potential influencers and media channels for partnership.
• Maintain and boost engagement across our social media channels.
• Preparing strategies and budgets for the growth of our social media channels
• Conducting campaign analytics
• Attracting new followers to our social media platforms
• Analyze, report, and structure performance outcomes.
