Support Manager Installation, Commissioning and Warranty - Europe, Africa, Central Asia

A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Support Manager for Installation, Commissioning, and Warranty (ICW), you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of installation and commissioning (I&C) projects across multiple regions. You'll coordinate technical support, risk management, and warranty processes, working closely with internal teams and external partners to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.

How You’ll Make an Impact

🔹 Lead and coordinate support activities for I&C projects across Europe, Africa, and Central Asia.

🔹 Act as the primary point of contact for warranty-related issues, ensuring fast and effective resolutions.

🔹 Analyze installation and commissioning data to identify risks and optimize processes.

🔹 Collaborate with project teams, service organizations, and third-party providers to maintain high standards of execution.

🔹 Develop best practices and strategies to enhance field service performance.

🔹 Support training initiatives for Field Service Engineers, ensuring teams are equipped with the latest technical knowledge.

What You Bring

✔ Experience in installation, commissioning, and field service management within the energy or industrial sector.

✔ Strong problem-solving and risk management skills.

✔ Ability to work with cross-functional and multicultural teams.

✔ Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).

✔ Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, and scheduling tools is an advantage.

✔ Willingness to travel occasionally within the assigned regions.
