Technical Analyst

A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Technical Analyst ICW, you will play a key role in defining and optimizing installation and commissioning (I&C) strategies for both onshore and offshore projects. You will work closely with sales and project teams to develop schedules, anticipate challenges, and ensure smooth execution. Your expertise will help drive efficiency and innovation in industrial installations worldwide.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Develop standardized installation and commissioning schedules for a broad product portfolio, collaborating with Service Product Line Managers and Product Centers of Competence (PCCs).
• Define project-specific I&C schedules by analyzing the scope and customer requirements.
• Identify potential risks and bottlenecks in scheduling and propose mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Determine field service staffing needs and define deployment strategies based on I&C schedules.
• Support project execution by providing clear and effective schedules in coordination with Project I&C Managers and Project Managers.
• Act as a liaison between project stakeholders and technical experts to ensure alignment and clarify installation and commissioning processes.

What You Bring

• Experience in installation and commissioning of rotary machines, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
• MS-Projects and Primavera software experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of onshore and offshore I&C processes.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
