Junior Operations Specialist (f/m/x)

As part of the Business Services Competency Center at Sii, we are running a project for an international financial institution, in which our team (+20 Data Management Specialists) supports operational processes in the area of investment funds.

Onboarding will be carried out at an office located in the center of Warsaw and after the implementation period, it is possible to work partly remotely.

Your tasks

• Updating data in internal systems

• Verifying data on clients' investments in investment funds

• Transferring data between banking systems and ensuring their correctness

• Analysing of data discrepancies in Excel

• Communicating with other international teams in order to detect irregularities in internal databases

• Ensuring that internal process deadlines are met

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Polish

• Students or graduates – preferably from Economics, Finance, or Linguistics

• Good knowledge of MS Office, mainly Excel

• Strong attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills and a team player attitude

• Interest in financial markets would be an asset

• Residing in Poland required
