Senior BPMS Analyst

As a part of the Business Advisory & BPO Team at Sii, we are running a project for the Middle East.

Your role

• Analyzing, designing, developing, maintaining, and automating business processes using process automation tool sets (BPM class systems), and the delivery of services using service management class systems
• Defining roles and responsibilities in the context of designed processes and services
• Specifying business rules and policies to guide and streamline the execution of process activities
• Recommending processes architecture solutions
• Performing analysis in the field of processes and reports, collecting business and technical requirements
• Researching new technologies to optimize current solutions and to make them sustainable for the future
• Delivering fit-gap analysis for the solution requirements with reference to standard capabilities of the market-leading IT systems
• Working independently with the client (conducting workshops with the client, running demos, presenting IT concepts to customers)

Your skills

• At least 5 years of professional experience, preferably from management consulting companies
• Fluency in English
• Proven experience in business process re-engineering/ optimization projects
• Minimum 2 years of experience as BPMS Designer/ Modeler
• Knowledge about assessing and benchmarking existing processes and service offerings
• Expertise in BPMN, UML notations and tools
• Ability to develop multi-level process maps using industry-standard notations (BPMN 2.0) and tools
• Familiarity with Digital Transformation and experience with delivering those types of engagements
• Experience in working in an Agile team
• Higher education in the field of Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related
