We are seeking a business-oriented individual.

HR Manager in Siili is someone who:

• works directly with HRBP (leading) in the office, Board Member (lead of HR, Admin, Recruitment), C-level management (HR advisory in business) in Wrocław, and with colleagues from other international offices

• works with labor law regulations and data analysis

• strategically represents HR in fields: onboarding, offboarding, internal communication, internal EB etc.

• builds the atmosphere of the company

• can take ownership of HR business processes in an IT company (size approx. 100 people)

HR Manager in Siili essentials:

• experience with similar duties (people lead and exposure to business, labor law and advising leaders)

• fluent communication in English and Polish

• great communication skills, openness and a skilled approach to people

• independence with strong organizational skills and the willingness to take initiative
